Foley Hoag seeks a dynamic problem-solver to join our Finance team and provide actionable insights to unify and streamline processes. The Senior Rates and Intakes Analyst (“Analyst”) will be responsible for ensuring client and matter rate information is consistent across all systems, in accordance with the engagement letters and outside counsel guidelines; and have significant oversight of all aspects of client rate arrangements, including collecting and analyzing data pertaining to the setting of rates, and in the negotiation of rate-related matters with clients. Additionally, the Analyst will assist with system setup and maintenance pertaining to timekeeper, matter, and client rate arrangements; reporting on and auditing rates within the billing system; and providing rate information to various teams within the firm.
