Cornerstone Research is looking for a Senior Client Accounting Coordinator who will play a vital role in the efficient and accurate processing of new client accounts. Responsibilities will include streamlining the intake process, ensuring precise client and timekeeper data, mentoring junior team members, fostering effective communication, and developing comprehensive documentation.

What You'll Need To Be Successful
- 3+ years of accounting, billing, data management or client intake related experience.
- In depth knowledge of data management and service provider billing software with knowledge of Aderant being a plus. A strong ability to troubleshoot technical problems and devise effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of MS Office required including Excel skills of VLOOKUP and Pivot tables.
- Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Experience with SQL a plus.
- The desire to take initiative and actively contribute to the team and the firm.
- The ability to communicate effectively and professionally.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to learn the firm’s financial and operational functions.
- The mindset to provide superior service.
- High School diploma, or equivalent combination of education, skills and experience.

A job offer and its corresponding salary will depend on one’s geographic location, and how closely a candidate’s skills, experience and education match the requirements for the role. Cornerstone Research believes compensation is more than just a base salary. Boston: $57,900.00 – $76,300.00
San Francisco: $59,200.00 - $78,100.00
