Skadden is seeking a Client Accounting Training & Development Specialist to join our Firm. This position will be based in our New York office (hybrid). The role will be responsible for designing and implementing learning and development programs that support the needs of the Client Accounting department including: training in business applications, professional skills and Client-specific processes and procedures, in both physical and virtual classroom settings. Responsibilities also include testing new programs, developing new processes and creating, revising, delivering, and tracking all training necessary to manage change and integrate new programs and processes into the daily work routine.
