We are seeking a Senior Collections Analyst to join our New York office. The Senior Collections Analyst is responsible for managing and analyzing client accounts with a focus on collections and resolving complex billing issue and acts as the primary liaison between the Client Administration team and the General Counsel’s Office (GCO) to provide detailed reporting, analysis, and support for escalated client matters.
