Arnall Golden Gregory (AGG) is a dynamic and growing law firm located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. We are committed to operational excellence and fostering a collaborative, professional environment. As our firm continues to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our Finance team.
What You’ll Do:
- Process vendor invoices and employee reimbursements accurately and efficiently
- Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with firm policies
- Reconcile AP transactions and assist with month-end close
- Communicate with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable or a related accounting role
- Experience with Aderant and Chrome River is highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
