International law firm headquartered in Washington, D.C. is seeking an e-Billing Specialist to work in their Washington, D.C. Office.
Candidate must have 3-5 years of law firm billing and e-Billing experience using Aderant or Elite billing systems, have a solid knowledge of specific e-Billing systems, the ability to learn new technology, and manage client accounts on all e-Billing platforms. BillBlast experience is a plus. Candidate must be a hands-on self-starter, a team player, an excellent communicator with clients, attorneys, and vendors, detail-oriented, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The position is responsible for maintaining monthly progress reports and monitoring invoice submission. International billing experience is a plus. Some college accounting preferred.
We offer an excellent benefits package and salary commensurate with experience. The salary range is: $84,000 - $105,000 which represents the presently anticipated low and high end of our salary range for this position. Actual salary may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to job-related experience. A full and comprehensive healthcare package is offered upon hire (medical, prescription drugs, vision, and dental).
