A Day in the Life
The Columbia Accounting Department handles the needs of our twenty-five offices across the country. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well! Handling a busy inbox, you’ll edit and prepare needed invoices. You’ll also communicate and manage billing needs, often working directly with our attorneys and their administrative assistants.

You know how to utilize your billing experience to help the team successfully reach the finish line. You’re a multitasking master, who puts customer service above all else and understands that organization, an extreme attention to detail, and professionalism are the keys to success. You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.
- 3 years of billing experience, preferred
- Prior law firm experience, a BIG plus!
- Availability for overtime as needed
