We are currently seeking a Manager of Financial Systems & Reporting in any of our Atlanta, Chicago, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Columbus, Dayton, and Washington, D.C. offices.

Thompson Hine aspires to have a best-in-class financial application environment and user experience.  This position is intended to bridge the gap between the Finance functions and the Financial Systems functions by brining functional and technical knowledge and be strategic in advancing and maintaining this environment.   Applications include but are not limited to Aderant, Xcelerate, Tableau, Power BI, Intapp.

The day-to-day tasks would be problem solving and troubleshooting but the larger focus would be on enhancements, best practices/process improvements, design and implementation of solutions and optimization of end user experiences.  The position would be a key member of project teams (including upgrades) and be responsible for the integrity of the data, which would involve defining security as well as policy/procedure.

The position requires a combination of database/SQL skills and financial reporting/analysis skills with some knowledge of financial operations and ability to lead projects.  This position sits in the finance department as a part of the FP&A team but works very closely with the financial systems team which sits in the Information Systems function.
