Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, is seeking an e-Billing Coordinator with 3-5 years of experience for its Oakland office. Job duties and responsibilities include initial set up of e-Billing clients; processing e-files for electronic submission of invoices; troubleshooting issues resulting from electronic submissions; experience in various eBilling websites, such as CT TyMetrix, Serengeti, Collaborati, and Counselink is required. Some college, with an emphasis in accounting and/or business is preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills; computer literacy and familiarity with spreadsheet, database and presentation programs such as Aderant; attention to detail; and ability to multitask are essential.
