Gibbons PC is seeking a full time Billing Coordinator to complement Billing Dept. Candidate would be responsible for managing the billing process of assigned billing attorneys, including the compiling, editing, e-billing and posting of invoices. Familiarity with Aderant Reports, Inquiry System and Hub module would be essential to perform daily tasks. Candidate would from time to time perform other accounting duties in response to attorney requests and client needs.
Billing position requires attention to detail, efficient time management and strong organizational skills. Professional demeanor and communication skills are essential for interacting with internal staff and attorneys, as well as firm client contacts. Good Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills are strongly recommended.
