Financial Systems Analyst
Role
Reporting to Finance, you will be assisting with the maintenance, management, support and enhancement of all aspects of the organisation's Finance Application systems. This includes assisting with the support of Aderant Expert and associated business systems.
Essential Functions
· Provides data and reports to Finance and other departments within the firm using various tools such as T-SQL, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Power BI, Aderant Expert and Excel.
· Supports Aderant Expert applications (EA Pro, Expert Classic, Expert AP, Expert Billing, Expert Rates, Expert Time, etc.).
· Uses Aderant Experts Design Studio and End-User painter to customize forms, develop custom modules and inquiries.
· Maintains user security within Aderant Expert.
· Open tickets with Aderant support to resolve issues.
· Backup to month-end time and billing closing of Aderant Expert.
· Support collaboration between Aderant Expert and all third party applications.
· Propose and implement new processes to improve efficiency of department.
· Creates and maintains documentation for the Financial Systems group.
Skills Required
· Previous experience in a law firm acting as a Financial Systems Analyst
· Extensive experience with; Aderant Expert/Table Structures.
· Experience in delivering end to end financial systems solutions.
