We are looking for a Client Intake Supervisor to join our busy Client Intake Team which sits within our Finance department on a full-time, permanent basis. The role is based in our Bristol office which is located in the heart of the city, a stone's throw from Bristol Temple Meads although at present, a lot will be remote working.
What does a Client Intake Supervisor do? I hear you ask… the team is responsible for a range of client and matter on-boarding activities, including the firm's Client Matter Inception (CMI) process, updating and managing client Purchase Orders, Matter Closure and routine Client and Matter data maintenance.
As well as ensuring these processes operate efficiently and effectively, a key part of the role is to ensure that data entered via these processes and into the firm's Aderant Practice Management System (PMS) is of good quality and accurate.
Ideally our Client Intake Supervisor will:
- Have previous supervisory skills with experience engaging, motivating and leading teams through periods of change.
- Proven experience dealing with Anti Money Laundering, Client Due Diligence and Know Your Client regulations.
- Have experience in analysing in detail potential commercial and regulatory conflicts.
- Experience in a similar role in the legal sector and/or in professional services.
- A good working knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook especially) is essential.
