Summary of responsibilities:

Manage responsibilities and goals and for the AP team and provide supervision

Trust Account Payment Processing and control review

Ensure vendor controls are in place

Manage the 1099 reporting transmissions

Oversee credit card reconciliation process

Provide coverage for processing check requests

Provide coverage for processing of vendor invoices

Provide coverage for posting/reviewing firm credit card transactions

Provide coverage for processing/reviewing employee expense reports

Other AP duties as needed

 

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required

5 years of related accounting experience in a mid to large company, with at least 2 years in a management role.

Law Firm experience required

Aderant experience preferred, Elite 3E will be considered

Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task

High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software

Ability to interact effectively and professionally with people at all organizational levels

Remote in PA with occasional travel to office in Valley Forge (King of Prussia after Nov. 1st)

Pay range: $75,000-$85,000 depending on experience
